When selecting the appropriate current for your loads, it is recommended to choose a rating that is at least 25% higher than the maximum current of the load device. For resistive loads, the recommended current is 10A/0.8 = 12.5A. For motor or compressor loads, the recommended current is 10A/0.5 = 20A, as the starting current can be 2-3 times the nominal current.
