24V Adaptive DC-DC Boost Converter for 9-20VDC Input

The 36V/48V to 12V Converter series includes five models with different output currents: 1A, 2A, 3A, 5A, and 10A. The input voltage range is 15~58V, which is converted to a stable 12V output. These step-down converters are made of plastic cement with enhanced heat dissipation.

The 24V/36V to 12V Converter series offers six models with output currents ranging from 1A to 6A. The input voltage is 15V~40V, and the output is 12V. Like the 36V/48V models, these step-down converters are built with plastic cement and have improved heat dissipation.

The 24V/36V to 12V Converter lineup expands to include models with higher output currents: 8A, 10A, and 20A. The input voltage remains at 15V~40V, and the output is 12V. The 10A and higher models use aluminum alloy housing for better heat dissipation.

The 12V/24V to 5V Converter series covers output currents from 1A to 5A, with an input voltage range of 8~40V. These step-down converters also use plastic cement construction with enhanced heat dissipation.

In the 12V to 24V Converter series, the output current ranges from 1A to 15A, converting the input voltage of 9~20V to 24V. The higher current models (5A and above) utilize aluminum alloy housings for improved heat management.

The 12V/24V to 36V Converter series includes models with 1A, 2A, 3A, and 5A output currents. The input voltage is 9~32V, which is stepped up to 36V. The 3A and 5A models have aluminum alloy housings.

All of these converters feature multiple protections, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and short-circuit safeguards. They maintain high efficiency, up to 96%, and are designed for long service life.

The converter's output current is adaptive, meaning it can adjust to the needs of the connected device. It is recommended to choose a converter with a higher current rating than the target device to ensure ample headroom for better heat dissipation and longevity.

The plastic cement housing is flame-retardant, tough, and durable. Epoxy resin potting provides better heat conduction and dissipation, as well as IP68 protection against water, dust, and shock.

The working principle of these converters is that the input power (voltage × current = power) must be greater than the output power due to the conversion efficiency of around 96%. Using a larger input current is better, as it reduces the load and lowers heat generation.
